Are you looking for an editor?

If you need editorial services on a freelance basis, or if you are offering full- or part-time employment, you can advertise your job opportunity free of charge to a wide range of Bay Area Editors' Forum members who are available to help.

Use the form below to describe the position or the help you need, along with any work requirements and/or preferred experience. If you have a manuscript, members will be interested to know basic information such as genre, general topic area and tone, and approximate word count (length). Be sure to include your contact information. Click Send to submit.

Your posting will be delivered to our volunteer Job Posting Manager, who will distribute it to our membership (usually within a day or so). Those members who are interested will contact you directly for your consideration and response.

You are also invited to use our search page to browse BAEF members' professional profiles and contact any candidates of interest, as you wish.

For unpaid volunteer, barter, or internship/training arrangements, use this form instead. At our sole discretion, as time allows, we may post such notices for unpaid work to our members' online discussion list. Interested members will contact you directly.

If you are a BAEF member and wish to notify fellow members of an unpaid opportunity, you may post it yourself to our BAEF online discussion list.
